Importing Edited Data into Save Wizard (Advanced Mode)

This editor modifies raw save data. You must use Save Wizard → Advanced Mode to import the edited data.

1. For Binary / Hex-Based Saves

Most PS4 games use binary (hex) save files. The edited file you download replaces part or all of the original save data.

  1. Open Save Wizard.
  2. Right-click your game save and select Advanced Mode.
  3. Select the correct save slot or file.
  4. Choose Import File.
  5. Select the edited file downloaded from this site.
  6. Apply the changes and let Save Wizard re-encrypt the save.
  7. Copy the save back to your PS4.
2. For JSON / Text-Based Saves

Some games store their data in a structured text format (JSON or similar). The editor modifies specific values instead of the entire binary file.

If you encounter an error when importing the edited file into Save Wizard, it is most likely because the save is JSON / text-based. These saves cannot be imported directly and must be pasted manually in Advanced Mode.

  1. Open Save Wizard.
  2. Right-click your game save and select Advanced Mode.
  3. Select the correct save slot or file.
  4. Open the edited file using Notepad (or any plain text editor).**
  5. Select all content in Notepad and copy it.
  6. In Save Wizard Advanced Mode:
    • Delete all existing content.
    • Paste the copied content from Notepad.
  7. Apply the changes and let Save Wizard rebuild and re-encrypt the save.
  8. Copy the save back to your PS4.

** Opening the file in Notepad may take some time, so please be patient.
